NASM Certified Personal Trainer
My main goal as a personal trainer is results. Whether younger clients or the elderly, my goals are whatever your goals are. I want to help you not only feel more confident and healthier in the gym but out of the gym as well. I approach training to give you a physical push as well as a mental push to help you build confidence in yourself and your capabilities. The first step is always the hardest, but keep stepping and it gets easier!
In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends. I'm always looking for ways to improve my knowledge to help my clients so you can catch me reading educational material pretty often. I enjoy spending time with God daily as well and reading my Bible. And of course I love getting my daily workout in. CrossFit is my workout of choice but I love any opportunity to get a good sweat!
