Body Blast- is a muscle conditioning class; designed to increase strength, boost metabolism,
build lean muscle mass, and firm up all major muscle groups. This class requires a barbell and
step.
Yoga- will help improve muscle tone and flexibility, increase energy levels, and improve
concentration & memory. Yoga will also help with weight loss in a health oriented manner.
Cardio Fusion- considered to be one of the most efficient types of workouts. Interval format that combines cardiovascular training with strength training.
Core Fusion- includes both core conditioning and aerobic paced movements. Stability and bender balls are used to enhance the effectiveness of the class.
Energy Up- each circuit consist of multiple muscle and isolated strength training followed by simple, athletic, powerful and drill base cardio moves, plus traditional abdominal work. This electric class is taught using level options.
Jazz Mix- consist of traditional and nontraditional styles of dance. Concludes with specific emphasizes on balance, coordination and flexibility.
Kick It- an excellent cardiovascular and fat burning workout. Class combines sport specific drills and boxing routines.
Muscle Max- designed to increase muscular strength and endurance while sculpting your body. Slow controlled movements are used to target each major muscle group.
Pilates- is designed to stretch and strengthen the deepest muscles in the body. Pilates focuses on building core strength by working the abdominal & lower back muscles.
Pump-n-Crunch- Burst of energetic heratrate surges mixed with intense lower body toning. Concludes with traditional and nontraditional abs/core work.
Zumba®- high energy Latin dance moves that feature motivating music and lots of variety. Intensity builds slowly and finishes with a medley of cardio bursts (shoulders shaking and hips swaying).
Low Max- continues floor aerobics with one minute drills using very basic movements combined
with tempo variations. No equipment required.
Step- this low impact, moderate to high intensity workout utilizes a step platform for aerobic
movement. Control you intensity by adjusting the step height.
Sit & Fit- class is 45 minutes using the chair for cardio routines, sculpting and balance. (Education room)
TBS- cardio paced multi-muscle exercise consists of high repetitions to build strength and endurance.
Tap- class consists of lively, rhythmic sound and movement, while having lots of FUN!

Hi/Lo H2O- This class provides a moderately effective
cardiovascular workout using aqua moves; designed to challenge
participants both physically and mentally. (PURE CARDIO)
New Waves- This class provides the best of both worlds; combining
cardiovascular endurance and effective muscular resistance exercises.

Cross Currents- This class consists of alternating short aerobic
segments and short toning segments to maximize both aerobic and
anaerobic conditioning. (INTERVALS)
Aqua Fusion- Creative water walking routines designed to increase caradiovascular endurance. You can use a variety of steps including regular steps, short quick steps, long steps, et. Have Fun!
