Body Blast - muscle conditioning class; designed to increase strength, boost metabolism, and build lean muscle mass and firm up all major muscle groups. Class requires a barbell and step.
Yoga - class will help improve muscle tone and flexibility, increase energy levels and improve concentration and memory. Yoga will also help with weight loss in a health oriented manner.
Pilates - a class designed to stretch and strengthen the deepest muscles in the body. Focusing on building core strength, this class works the abdominal & low back muscles.
Cardio Fusion - alternates cardiovascular intervals (step, kickboxing, or floor aerobics) with body sculpting.
Muscle Max - designed to increase muscular strength and endurance while sculpting your body physique. Slow controlled movements are used to target each major muscle group. Utilizing free weights, resistance tubes and power bars to get maximum results. This class will also consist of a 15 minute “Back to Abs”.
Step Explosion - while keeping your heart elevated, the body sculpting section incorporates multiple muscle movements.
Low Max - one minute drills using very basic movements combined with tempo variations.
Kardio Mania - combines both step & floor aerobics in separate sections. Be prepared to sweat in this great cardiovascular workout. Pure cardiovascular activities.
Turbo Kick - inspired by boxing, Tae K Won Do, Tai-chi, dance, and funk.
Latin Mix - a high energy Latin dance routine that burns fat while using your core to create powerful movements. This class includes Latin’s hottest dance moves; rumba, salsa, cha cha and meringue. No equipment required.
Cardio Blast - alternates intervals of low impact high intensity floor aerobics with body sculpting. This class incorporates balancing routines.
Tap - class consists of lively, rhythmic sound and movement, while having lots of FUN!
